This page explains what is collected, where it is kept and who can see it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Where it is kept and who can see it

The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Payments are handled by Stripe. Account email is delivered by SendGrid. The database is Supabase, in the Sydney region. Those four processors are the only ones that see customer data. Nothing is sold and there is no advertising network on this site.

The free check and the plan

The check runs in your browser. The answers are not sent anywhere and are not stored. The plan builder saves in your browser's local storage on your own device. You can clear it from your browser settings, or download a JSON backup and delete the local copy.

What is collected

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion by emailing support@theartofservice.com. A deletion removes the account and the marketing record; the payment record is kept where tax law requires it.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is open. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires. Access is limited to the people who run the service. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, you will be told.
