ABOUT

Who publishes this, and what it is for

ISO 25059 Revision Checker is published by The Art of Service. It gives an AI governance lead the published quality model in plain words, the public record of the edition that replaces it, and the evidence a reviewer asks for. It is an independent reference. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or IEC.

What the product is

A record of the ISO/IEC 25059 model, clause by clause, with the 2023 baseline, the change in the second edition and the evidence each element needs. A free check that reads a requirement set against the model. A plan builder. A paid kit that packages the register, the evidence list, the change table and a dated plan. A change watch that emails when the record or a date changes.

What the product is not

It is not the standard, and it does not reproduce the standard's text. It is not a certification, an audit or legal advice. It does not decide whether a system is compliant, and it does not replace an assessor. The model is voluntary; it binds only where a quality plan, a contract or a procurement document adopts it.

Who it is for

The AI governance lead in an organisation that builds, buys or assures AI systems, and the quality or test lead who runs the evaluation. The work is to keep a quality requirement set credible across a change of edition, in front of a board, a customer or an assessor.

How the record is made

Every line is written from the published edition and the public draft of the second edition, in our own words, with the clause cited. The change lines are labelled as draft where the FDIS text is not public. Nothing is written from memory or from a search snippet. The method and the sources are published.
